This agreement is between the first party “Pooliran Brand” at the website address (www.Pooliran.com) and the second party “User” (you, your company, your lawyer, your representative, your successor or heir), with complete details or identity documents for natural persons and national ID and registration number for legal persons, which are valid from the moment of acceptance.

The user is obliged to read the “Terms and Conditions” and/or the relevant descriptions for each service fully before placing an order and unconditionally accepts all the contents of this agreement and its subsequent changes, and undertakes to implement its contents without any exception or reservation. Placing and paying for an order is tantamount to accepting all the following items, and the user waives the right to any complaints or objections. (The first party makes every effort to inform the second party of any major changes resulting from these rules, but ultimately, it will be the user’s responsibility to continuously review the latest version of these updates and, in case of ambiguity, correspond with Pooliran through official email).

Pooliran is entitled to notify the user of any fees, commissions, or similar charges, which are eligible for collection under the title of compensation or other related designations, for the services provided to the user. Pooliran is authorized to receive these fees or other lawful deductions from the user in accordance with the declared rates or directly from the user’s wallet or balance. (All lawful deductions related to service tariffs, including value-added tax or other charges, are the user’s responsibility.)

The criteria for calculating the rates for each transaction in the user account area will be communicated to the user. It is understood that in the event of changes in laws, directives, regulations, or market conditions, all calculations and deposits will be subject to the terms and conditions in effect at the time of their implementation.

In the event of severe fluctuations in the currency market (price fluctuations exceeding 5%), Pooliran reserves the right to temporarily block the panel and suspend order placements until further notice.

Currency rates are updated daily on the website at 12:00 PM and are valid until 5:00 PM. Therefore, if an order is placed outside of office hours, the pricing will be calculated based on the momentary rate or the next day’s rate.

The deposit process in the remittance service will take 1 to 5 business days to complete, which may extend in severe or force majeure cases.

Upon depositing any funds into the Pooliran account, until the service is received, the payment amount remains reserved as an entrusted deposit in rials. It is evident that currency rate changes will not impact the refunded amount that will be returned to the user.

After placing an order, the customer has a payment window of up to three hours, which extends to 12 business hours in the case of a down payment. The minimum down payment amount is three percent of the transaction volume. Following the down payment, there is a maximum of 12 business hours for completing the payment. Failure to complete the payment within the specified time will result in order cancellation.

In the event of order cancellation after the down payment, three percent of the transaction amount will be deducted as a penalty from the down payment, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer. A receipt for each deposit is sent to the user’s account area upon completion. After this, Pooliran’s responsibility is fulfilled. Pooliran is obligated to prepare and send a receipt only once for each payment, and the responsibility for safeguarding and maintaining the receipt file and creating a backup copy rests entirely with the user. Therefore, if after 72 hours from order placement, the user does not inquire about receiving the receipt file, it will be considered as confirmation of the receipt of the amount and the related file by the user. After this time frame, Pooliran absolves itself of any responsibility.

The accurate correspondence of the account information provided by the user on the site and when placing an order is the user’s responsibility. Therefore, please ensure that all details, including bank account numbers and information, are entered precisely according to the same spelling as shown in the identification card and banking details of the recipient (including Middle Name and account details).

Pooliran holds no responsibility for the recipient account being blocked after a deposit. In case the recipient account encounters issues such as being blocked or experiencing problems receiving funds, Pooliran will not accept any liability.

Orders for Rial payments made by Pooliran are processed within one business day after order confirmation and are dependent on the request submission time, fund transfer time, and Iranian bank holidays. (Business days do not include Fridays, Saturdays, and official holidays in Iran. Business days in foreign countries do not include Sundays and Mondays. Hence, if an order request is received on non-business days, the order processing will be scheduled for the next available business day.)

Special follow-ups or order modifications requested by the customer require payment of additional fees.

Due to strict regulations and supervisory authorities in some European and American countries, it is strongly recommended for all users to gather the necessary and sufficient information regarding the banking regulations of the recipient country. Afterward, users should proceed with sending funds. In some cases, banks may block or freeze funds after accepting high-value remittances until the recipient provides sufficient legal documentation for the deposit. They will not authorize withdrawals until the required legal documents for the deposit are provided.
